Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured for £5,000,000 public liability cover. We are able to provide copies of our insurance certificate on request.

Are your castles clean?

Our castles are cleaned regularly so you will enjoy the cleanest looking inflatables in the area.

If you are not happy with the standard that is delivered please notify a member of staff on delivery.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible however if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle through the house?

Yes we can.

Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet!  Please note for obvious reasons, we will not be held responsible for any damage to floors, doors or decorations inside your house.

Can you set up on concrete / driveways / gravel / decking?

Yes, but we do ask you to please let us know at the time of booking so that the necessary anchoring equipment can be reserved and brought at the time of delivery.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes the deposit amount will be stated on your booking confirmation and must be made within 7 days or you may lose your booking.

Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, but there will be a small charge for this, please contact us for more info.

Do you supply risk assessments?

We can help you to complete a risk assessment for your hire if required.  This must be done prior to booking.

How and when do I pay?

Your deposit must be made within 7 days of receiving your confirmation and full payment must be made prior to or during the delivery.

We currently accept payment by Online banking (BACS) cash or cheque. We do not accept card payments.

How do I hire a bouncy castle?

Look at the castles we offer, here on our website and check the size against the space you have in your garden/event location.

Once you have decided which one you like, that will fit in your location, place your booking online, call us directly or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

We will contact you via email or phone confirming your booking within 24 hours.

Let us know if you have hired an indoor venue, i.e. hall, at the time of booking so we can schedule delivery of the castle to coincide with your hall rental. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours (mon-fri) via email.

How do you secure your inflatable's to the ground?

We use ground steaks, which are approximately 10" long.

How long do I get the equipment for?

You will have the inflatable(s) for the duration of your party/event. Due to the high demand delivery may be early and collection can be late.

The latest ‘guaranteed’ collection is 8pm. Please call if you require it any later as additional fees may apply.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

How much does it cost?

The full list of prices can be found on the left hand side of this page, prices can change at any time so please get in touch for the current prices.

How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How much space is needed?

We need clear access to deliver our inflatables and can fit through most doorways/gateways.

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side.

If you have any concerns about space or access please call us.

Please make sure all dog poo, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited before delivery.

Is there a delivery charge?

In most cases no, however we do charge for delivery to certain outlying areas.  This will be made clear at the point of ordering.

Is there an age limit for children using the Inflatables?

There are age and height restrictions on some bouncy castles.

What areas do you cover?

We deliver to anywhere in North Somerset free of charge.  If you live outside this area, please contact us as we may be able to arrange a special delivery.

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery. You will also receive a blower, extension cable with RCD safety plug, and safety crash mats, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

What happens after I have my booking confirmed?

You will receive a call usually the night before with an estimated delivery time. Delivery will take place at the time and place agreed. We will inflate the castle for you. We will talk you through and demonstrate the safety aspects of using the inflatable and ask you to sign our terms and conditions.

What happens if it rains on the day I've booked and my event is outside?

Most of our castles come with a shower cover for use in most conditions. In severe weather such as strong winds or heavy storms castles must not be used due to health and safety of you and your guests.

In these circumstances we will allow you to cancel your booking and re arrange for another date (terms apply)

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable within 3 months.

What if there is no electric nearby?

Generators can be supplies at an additional charge. This must be stated at time of booking.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the inflatable(s), you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply (one per item) no further than 30m away.
